Ms. J. Zsiros

Ms. Zsiros has been teaching dance at Sherwood for the past 11 years. In addition to training in various forms of dance throughout her life, she danced professionally for 6 years for a number of dance teams in the Hamilton and Toronto area. Recently, she also auditioned for and danced in a show with Coleman Lemieux & Compagnie.

In addition to teaching and performing dance, Ms. Zsiros has also taught aerobics, Zumba, spinning and Pilates for over 16 years. She has taught for Goodlife, the YWCA, Mohawk College and at various other community clubs and events.

Ms. Zsiros continues to develop her technique and refine her training by regularly taking dance classes and workshops. Some of the amazing choreographers she has recently trained or taken classes with include Laurence Lemieux, Faye Rauw, Michelle Hillier, Lindsay Ritter, and Dustin Pym.
